No sooner had school (and finals) ended when we headed off to Florida to do the Disney thing! Whew! After driving for two days (and staying overnight in Georgia somewhere), we arrived at the beautiful Bonnet Creek Resort! YEA! The room had a king size bed and a couch that had a pull-out bed. Scott and John took the king size bed; Alan made a bed on the floor with the cushions from the couch and Nathan had the pull out bed. I couldn't really find a comfortable place to sleep....tried a few nights with Nathan, but was kicked and pushed, so then tried to share with John and Scott--that was only a little better! But the kitchen was very handy--and so was the TV!

The resort had the most amazing pool! You could see it from our room balcony. The first day we were there, Alan, Nathan and I went to the pool while John took Scott to the doctor--he ended up having strep throat, a double ear infection, sinus infection and possible chest infection! So sad! He started feeling better after he started his medication though so that was good. Alan decided it would be cool to make a tube raft on the lazy river....the most tubes he stacked was 27!!
Nathan (and Scott) particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in the room!
We certainly could not have called our trip to Florida a vacation without some mini-golf!! We went to Pirate's Cove--the favorite spot when we were there back in 2005.
